Pilot Show : Room 2 Let
In each episode we meet one householder as they set out to find a suitable tenant. We follow the entire process through to its conclusion - a one-month trial tenancy during which both parties get to know each other’s good and bad points at close range. At the end of that month, and the programme, landlady and tenant have a tense face-off during which they each declare whether the tenant should 'Stay' or 'Go'.

Veg Out
Greengrocers Greg Wallace and Charlie Hicks meet the country's top allotment gardeners.
From cutting edge architecture to innovative lifestyle programming, i2i have been making programmes about homes and home-building since 2001’s ground-breaking series, Veg Out.
We have a unique expertise in 'How-To' programmes that show every aspect of detailed construction and restoration from furniture to whole houses. We don’t just film it either, we actually roll up our sleeves and in many cases build it ourselves from a conversion of a Victorian Barn to the restoration of an Elizabethan house.
Architects and architecture are a particular interest of the company and we have travelled world-wide to film some of the world’s most exciting and innovative architects and the houses they have designed.
